The strip packaging machine with inline cartoner is suitable for continuous aluminum foil strip packaging and cartoning of tablets, hard capsules, softgels, and compatible nutraceutical products

The automated packaging process includes product feeding, packaging material unwinding, heat sealing, web feeding, vertical film cutting, and transversal cutting. The cut finished strips will enter a dedicated product transfer system, where the guide rails or a pick-and-place transfer system maintain product orientation, distribute the strips into separate lanes, and rearrange them before they enter the automatic cartoning machine.

The packaging line can be connected to a cartoning machine from us or be adjusted according to infeed height, infeed direction, line speed, and I/O signals to match the customer’s own cartoning equipment.

We provide optional counting and stacking units for applications requiring multiple strips per carton, accommodating configurations of 5, 10, 20 or other numbers of strips per carton. The specific configurations should be determined based on the strip dimensions, carton dimensions, and required output.
