The specialized strip packaging machine is suitable for packaging of large-diameter, hygroscopic and relatively fragile effervescent tablets, including 25 mm vitamin C effervescent tablets, denture cleanser tablets, analgesic and antipyretic effervescent tablets, and effervescent disinfectant tablets.
The dedicated continuous tablet feeding system performs tablet transport, breakage elimination, lane separation, and precise product positioning, reducing impact, overlapping, chipping and abrasion during lifting and feeding.
During the strip packaging process, the individual tablets are hot-sealed between two webs of packaging material, and then cooled, cut and collected as finished products.
The strip packaging machine can be connected to a tablet press or equipped with a tablet elevator. We also provide optional automatic inline cartoners.

Feeding The infeed system removes dust, half tablets, and breakages, with dust extraction connection.

Belt conveyor The tablet conveyor is fully enclosed by a protective cover on top to contain dust generated during conveying.

Tablet release The tablets are continuously released by rotating fingers. The gentle product handling minimizes dusting caused by tablet vibration.

Heat sealing The sealing rollers perform heat sealing using high-power heating elements, with stable heat transfer and excellent corrosion resistance.
